Introduction:
Welcome to Jader App! We provide a platform that connects service providers and customers, enabling both parties to access and complete services easily. By using the app, you agree to comply with this Terms of Use Policy, which is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and legal provisions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jader reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, and such amendments will be binding on all parties after being announced on the website or through any other official means.
1. Definitions:
- App: Refers to the Jader platform, operated by Asmaa Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ghamdi IT Establishment.
- Service Provider: The individual or entity providing services through the app.
- Customer: The individual using the app to request services from providers.
- User: Refers to all parties using the app, whether they are customers or service providers.
2. Terms of Use:
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian approval. (Since this involves commerce, it is preferable to modify the phrase to “or be authorized to conduct business and enter contracts.”)
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on the app.
- The app must not be used for any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws.
- It is strictly prohibited to post any offensive, illegal, or rights-violating content through the app. Users are solely responsible before the authorities for any such violations, and the app bears no liability in this regard.
3. Account Creation:
- Both service providers and customers must create a personal account to use the app.
- Account sharing with others is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for all activities associated with their accounts.
- Users bear full legal responsibility for providing false information when creating an account.
4. App’s Role:
- The app acts solely as an intermediary between service providers and customers and does not bear direct responsibility for service quality.
- Any agreements or contracts between service providers and customers are solely their responsibility.
5. Payments & Fees:
- The app reserves the right to impose a service fee on transactions conducted through the platform. (It is preferable to modify the phrase to “The app has the right to impose service fees on completed transactions.”)
- Payment methods are determined based on app policies, including prepayment, cash on delivery, or electronic payments.
- Users must comply with agreed payment terms and fees.
- Service fees are subject to VAT regulations.
- The app is not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to payment method manipulation or using untrusted payment platforms.
- The app bears no responsibility for users providing hacked or stolen banking details, and legal liability falls on those who use such accounts.
6. Intellectual Property Rights:
- All rights related to content, trademarks, and logos of the app are owned by Asmaa Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ghamdi IT Establishment.
- Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability:
- The app does not guarantee that it will be free from technical errors or temporary downtimes. (If a user is harmed due to service interruption for technical reasons, the app bears no liability, and compensation claims for incurred damages are not permitted.)
- The app is not responsible for any disputes that arise between customers and service providers. Judicial authorities will handle such disputes. (It is preferable to remove the app’s role in assisting with dispute resolution, so the phrase should be: “The app is not responsible for any disputes arising between customers and service providers. The judiciary is the authority responsible for resolving such disputes.”)
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the type of service provided and are determined by the service provider, in compliance with local regulations.
10. Amendments to Terms of Use:
- The app reserves the right to modify or update the Terms of Use at any time, and users will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Account Termination:
- The app has the right to terminate a user’s account if they violate the Terms of Use or misuse the platform for illegal activities.
