Welcome to the Jader App! We strive to provide a reliable and secure platform that allows you, as a celebration service provider, to showcase your services to clients with ease. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


Definitions

  • App: The Jader platform, managed by Asmaa Ahmed Mohammed Al-Ghamdi Information Technology Establishment.

  • Service Provider: The individual or entity offering services to clients via the app.

  • Client: A user who requests services from providers through the app.

  • App Administration: The entity responsible for managing and supervising the operation of the app, providing technical support and related services.


Registration Requirements

  • The service provider must be legally registered to offer services and must provide supporting documents such as a commercial registration, freelance certificate, national ID, or required license.

  • Service providers must provide accurate and complete information upon registration, including:

    • Full name / Company name

    • Mobile number and email address

    • Commercial registration or freelance certificate

    • Type of services offered

  • The service provider is responsible for regularly updating their information to ensure accuracy.


Service Provider Responsibilities

  • Deliver services with high quality as agreed upon with the client.

  • Adhere to scheduled service times and inform the client in case of any delays.

  • Refrain from offering services that violate local laws or customs.

  • All services must comply with Islamic Shariah; any services in violation are strictly prohibited.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of client data and refrain from using it for any purpose beyond the agreed service.

  • Avoid any unethical or illegal behavior that could harm the app’s reputation or endanger clients.

  • The service provider is responsible for VAT payments, which will be directly deducted from service fees. A VAT invoice will be provided.

  • In case of any policy violations, the app has the right to suspend the account temporarily or permanently. Clients retain the right to pursue legal action through competent authorities.


Pricing and Payments

  • The service provider must disclose all service-related costs prior to order confirmation.

  • The app deducts a 20% commission from each successful transaction.

  • Earnings are transferred to the provider’s registered bank account after commission deduction, according to the app’s scheduled payout cycle.

  • The service provider bears any banking or tax fees related to transfers.

  • All service prices and payments are subject to VAT regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If the client cancels before service execution, the app’s cancellation policy applies.

  • If the service provider cannot perform the service for any reason, they must inform both the client and the app at least 3 days before the scheduled booking date and provide justification.

  • If a client files a complaint, the app’s administration will investigate. If a violation is confirmed, a refund may be issued to the client.


Performance Evaluation

  • Clients have the right to rate the services provided through the app.

  • The provider is responsible for maintaining a positive rating by offering high-quality service.

  • The app reserves the right to review, modify, or suspend the provider’s account in case of repeated negative ratings or complaints.


Legal Obligations

  • The service provider is solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations relevant to the services offered.

  • The provider acknowledges that the app serves only as a facilitator and holds no legal responsibility for services provided to clients.

  • In case of a dispute with a client, the provider is required to cooperate with the app administration to resolve the matter amicably.


Intellectual Property Rights

  • The app has the right to use trademarks or images submitted by the provider for promotional and marketing purposes. Agreeing to the usage policy constitutes consent to this right.

  • The service provider is responsible for ensuring that any materials (e.g., images, texts) submitted to the app do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.


Privacy and Data Protection

  • The service provider must not share client information with third parties.

  • The provider agrees to use client data only for delivering the agreed service.

  • Direct communication with clients outside the app is prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the app.


Limitation of Liability

  • The app is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from services delivered by the provider.

  • The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate a provider’s account in the event of policy violations.


Account Termination

  • The service provider may request to terminate their account by notifying the app administration in advance.

  • The app reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provider’s account in the following cases:

    • Violation of terms and conditions

    • Repeated low-quality service delivery

    • Manipulation or fraud within the app
